SureTrack is a pilot training program offered by Bristow Helicopters Australia, which guarantees employment on successful completion.
As a successful candidate you will attend the Bristow Academy in Florida USA for 2 years. Approx 9 months of this time will be training and the remainder of the 2 years you will be employed by the Bristow Academy as an Instructor. On return to Australia you will study for your Australian licence before commencing employment with Bristow Helicopters Australia as a First Officer.
The cost of the program will be subsidised by BHA.

So if you've done your time in the air, but still want to be hands on in the aviation industry, then flying our sim may be just what you need. You will be working for Don Macdonald, he has over 16,000 hours of experience and has worked all over the world, and, he is a great boss too. You will need to have, or have held, a JAR (IR) and we would give preference to applicants who also have, or have held, an FI rating. You don't need to have a medical, or be current so don't worry about that. Age is not an issue either. Salary will be in line with market expectations.
