This website would not be possible without the contributions of a few members of the helicopter fraternity, some of them are friends and colleagues of mine others are people I have never met, who have sent me various contributions over the years.

People (In No Particular Order)

Ian Hentley
Ian is helicopter pilot based in South East of England (we get everywhere), and tests most of the pages during development and on release. He also is now the nominated racecourse expert and updates fuel prices for the places I don't get to visit that often.
Paul Kelly
Paul is responsible whether he likes it or not, for me having a PPL(A) and inflicting me upon the flying community. My original fixed wing examiner back the mid nineties, Paul is now a software developer and does the initial testing of most of the pages on this site.
Simon Maynard
Simon is an EC155 and AS355 pilot for PremiAir and has provided special events photographs for the gallery, and unwittingly checks some of the things I've written when we talk on the phone. He was also one of the pilots involved with The Children's Trust event in 2007 and came up with the idea for the page dedicated to it.
Paul Burnham
Paul is a Super Puma First Officer (Not Co-Pilot I'll have you know or so he says) for Bond Offshore and contributed photgraphs when the site was just starting to get popular, he also ends up checking the presentation on the Mac when he is bombarded with messages from me asking how various pages look.
Paul was promoted to captain in August 2008 and was tragically killed in a well publicised Super Puma crash in April 2009, I have dedicated the Helicopter Safety Site to his memory.
Bob Kember
Bob has provided numerous photos in the gallery, his work as an aviation photographer can be seen on his website www.kembers.com. He is a PPL(H) and flies R44s from Redhill and Shoreham. Bob's photos are used extensively on this site and his copyright is acknowledged for all of them.
Martin B. Hausmann
Martin has emailed me several videos over the last year.
Lee Burling
Lee has provided generic photographs of helicopters that are used on the helicopter types pages and a handful of videos, He is a full time firefighter in Essex and holds a CPL(H) with FI Rating. His website can be found at www.leeburling.com.
Paul Newman
Paul is a 155 and 355 pilot for PremiAir, he quite often comes up with good ideas, 2 days after they have already been done. He is included here so he doesn't feel left out. He also calls me when the site is not working, usually when I am stuck in a field and can't do anything about it.
Robert Garstang
Rob and I have known each other for years and used to work together at London Helicopter Centres, he now flies AS355s for PDG based in Scotland. Rob has given numerous bits of advice about graphics and general layout stuff over the years.
If I've left anyone out, I apologise let me know and I'll add you.
